This includes details about your company and supporting documents relating to the company’s director(s). We process this information in accordance with the Dutch anti-money laudering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

 

Once all required information has been received. we will start reviewing your application.

The information you provide will be reviewed and processed as part of your customer file.

 

Once the review has been completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email containing the following:

  • A draft agreement. You will have 7 days to review and sign the draft agreement
  • Your first invoice. This must be paid before you will receive the final signed agreement.

Once we have confirmed your payment, you will receive the official agreement by email directly. From that moment, you are able to make use of our services.

You can now register your company with the KVK using your signed agreement

Once your agreement has been signed, your are able to register your company at our business address with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel).

 

If you are setting up a new company, simply bring the signed agreement to your appointment at the Kamer van Koophandel.

We do not charge any additional costs such as setup fees, administration fees or any other charges. You only pay €50 per month for business registration address and mail handling.

Please note that all prices on our website are shown excluding 21% VAT. You are able to reclaim the VAT through your tax returns. This is generally not a cost for entrepreneurs.
